Gitryin Outlet Extender: A Retractable Cable Without Giving Up the Front Socket

Looking over the slim wall adapter and its side connections.

Article published November 3, 2026.

A wall charger that blocks the outlet can solve one problem and create another. The design I like on this Gitryin adapter is that the front socket is still there, with additional connections around the sides.

This is a look at the physical outlet extender and its retractable lead. Despite the broader description, the recording does not include a timed charging or heat test.

A thin adapter with connections around it

I hold up the slim body and point out the front and side AC connections. At the bottom, there is a USB-C port and a retractable USB-C cable.

The attached cable is the practical part for me. Leaving a charger in a regular spot is more useful when I do not also have to remember a separate lead every time.

Convenience is the first thing I am checking

I discuss the listed 40 W charging specification, but I do not measure delivered power, simultaneous-device performance or temperature. The spoken AC rating is incomplete, so I am not turning it into a confirmed load limit or general electrical-safety claim.

The current instructions and ratings on the exact unit matter for how it should be used. What this session shows is the shape, connection placement and cable mechanism.

A wall adapter rather than a battery pack

The Gitryin retractable power bank is a separate device with a battery. This adapter is the outlet-focused design. They share the convenience of an attached lead, but they do different jobs.

The original description includes MTT10. No discount amount or expiry is listed, so I have kept the code below without inventing those terms.
