EMEET Piko+: The Panda Is a Privacy Cover, Then I Try the Picture Modes

Switching between 1080p60 and 4K30 settings and recording the three audio modes.

Article published November 4, 2026.

I first think the little panda in the EMEET Piko+ box is just a cute extra. Then I realize it is the magnetic privacy cover, which is a much more useful reason to have a panda on the desk.

A small body and a small tripod

I look over the two front lenses, USB-C connection and mounting point, then work through the cable and adapter. The package also has a positionable desk tripod.

I fit the camera to the tripod and snap the panda cover onto the front before connecting it for the picture test.

Two picture settings, with different frame rates

In the software, I start at the 1080p60 setting and switch to 4K30. I like the smooth movement at the former and discuss the richer picture at the latter.

The room has my studio lights on. This is not a low-light comparison or a calibrated resolution, sensor or autofocus test.

Three audio samples for viewers to hear

I switch through live, noise-reduction and original-quality audio modes while recording. I ask viewers which they prefer because I cannot monitor those samples as I make them.

The FIFINE M9 phone-recording walkthrough is another audio sample, using clip-on microphones and a different setup. It is separate listening context, not a matched microphone contest.

EMEET supplied the camera and Geeksoutfit supplied apparel. The original product link is below; the prices discussed in this April 2025 recording are not current quotes.
