TESSAN Travel Adapter: Sliding Out the Plugs Instead of Packing Loose Heads
Inspecting the plug mechanism and the four USB ports named in the recording.
Article published November 4, 2026.
The plug arrangement is the part I keep trying on this TESSAN adapter. Slide a control on the side, and a different plug shape comes out of the body. I like the idea of keeping those pieces attached instead of remembering a collection of loose heads.
This is a desk unboxing. Despite the original description's broader language, I do not take it overseas or measure charging performance in the recording.
The sliders change the physical plug
I try the controls marked for different plug arrangements and point out the front pass-through connection. That shows how the mechanism works physically.
It does not mean every appliance is suitable in every country. A plug adapter is not, by itself, evidence of voltage conversion or compatibility with a particular device's electrical requirements.
Check the ports on the actual model
In the video, I identify two USB-C and two USB-A ports and discuss a 65 W maximum figure. The title and description refer to other port counts and model-dependent power numbers.
I am keeping those versions separate rather than combining them into a single specification. I also point out the fuse-access area without turning that into a repair or safety guarantee.
One body, fewer loose pieces
The Gitryin outlet extender is a different outlet-focused design. TESSAN's sliding plug mechanism is the feature I am exploring here, not a side-by-side electrical test.
The appeal in this first session is the integrated physical layout. Delivered power, heat, load sharing and suitability for a particular trip still need checks for the exact unit and equipment.
