BurnBin

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using BurnBin (the "App"), a product of PyroSoft ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please don't use the App. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the App.

2. What BurnBin does

BurnBin lets you share files and photos straight from your device by creating a private link. Files stream from your device through our relay to recipients; they are not stored on our servers. A link only works while the App is open and on‑screen, and stops working when you stop sharing or close the App.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• BurnBin is offered as an auto‑renewing subscription: an introductory price of $0.99 for the first month, then $2.99 per month (prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase).
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

4. Acceptable use

You are solely responsible for the files you share. By using BurnBin you confirm that you own or are authorized to share your files, and you agree not to use BurnBin to:

• share content that is illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the right to distribute;
• distribute malware, or content that is harmful, abusive, or violates others' privacy or rights;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse‑engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or relay.

We may suspend or block access that violates these Terms or threatens the service.

5. Availability

BurnBin depends on your device staying online with the App open, and on our relay infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific transfer speeds, or that any link will remain reachable.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App and service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PyroSoft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or change, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which PyroSoft operates, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules, except where local consumer‑protection laws grant you additional rights.
