My link isn't loading — what's wrong?
A link only works while the BurnBin app is open and in the foreground on the sharing device, and that device needs an internet connection. Reopen BurnBin and make sure the link is still live.
Is there a file size limit?
No. BurnBin streams files directly from your device, so you can share multi‑gigabyte videos and archives whole.
Are my files uploaded to the cloud?
No. Your files never get stored on our servers — they stream straight from your device to whoever opens the link, and the link stops working the moment you stop sharing.
How do I password‑protect a share?
Before tapping Create Share Link, turn on Password protect and enter a password. Anyone who opens the link will have to enter it before they can see or download your files.
How much does BurnBin cost?
BurnBin is a subscription: $0.99 for your first month, then $2.99/month. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before you purchase. Cancel anytime.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your device, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select BurnBin, and tap Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
I already paid — how do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open the paywall in BurnBin and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account.
