EnergyQC Camp Power Q1: Looking at the Ports Behind the 42,000 mAh Label

Opening the battery pack and reading its input and output ratings.

Article published November 3, 2026.

The capacity label is the first big number on this EnergyQC power bank, but the ports are what I want to inspect next. A large battery and a high-power output are different things.

I open the Camp Power Q1, handle the pack and look through the connections. The advertised capacity is 42,000 mAh; I do not discharge it to measure that figure in this video.

The case and the connections

The unit feels compact to me for the capacity being advertised. I point out the leather-like carrying strap, two USB-A outputs, USB-C connection and separate Micro-USB input.

Pressing the side button brings up a 77% reading on the display. There is also a USB-A-to-C cable in the package. It is useful to separate that included lead from the power ratings printed for the individual ports.

Read the output before choosing the job

I go over the listed input and output figures, including 20 W USB-C output and 22.5 W USB-A outputs. Those are the ratings I discuss, rather than measurements from a power meter.

That distinction is why I do not treat the capacity label as a promise that it will perform like a higher-power laptop charger. The device I want to charge still has its own requirements.

A first look at the hardware

I have not established the number of complete phone recharges, simultaneous-output behavior or actual battery endurance here. This session is about the size, controls, supplied cable and port labels.

EnergyQC sent the pack over for the video. It is an interesting design to inspect, and the next useful step would be measuring what those connections deliver under load.
