AIPER at CES 2025: Watching the Surface-Cleaning Demonstration

A booth look at floating debris pickup and the pool-side retrieval idea.

Article published November 4, 2026.

The part that catches my attention at AIPER's CES demonstration is the movement between cleaning areas. There is debris floating on the surface, and the robot moves toward it instead of only working below the water.

Watch the surface pickup

The booth footage includes underwater movement and a surface-skimming example. I point out leaves being collected and describe the idea of returning to the side so the unit is easier to retrieve.

That gives us something concrete to see at the event. It is not a whole-pool coverage test or a measurement of the suction and battery figures mentioned in the presentation.

Keep the model names straight

The video's title says Scuba X1 Pro, while I call the unit Pro Max in the narration. I leave that distinction visible here rather than merge the specifications of different models.

I also look at the handling and trolley arrangement. The full cleaning-cycle time, removable-battery discussion and app features still need checking against the exact production model.

A booth visit and a later home session

AIPER brought us to CES to see the products, which I acknowledge at the end of the recording. This article covers that event demonstration.

I later did a separate Scuba X1 waterline session in my pool, including a look inside the debris basket. That is a different model and a different test.
