Current purchase routes

Purchases currently take place through itch.io and the other stores linked from product pages. Review the seller’s pre-contract information and terms at that store. Direct checkout on pyrosoft.pro is unavailable.

Withdrawal and faulty digital content

Applicable EU, EEA and UK law can provide withdrawal rights and remedies when digital content is faulty or not as described. Digital-content withdrawal rights can depend on how supply begins and the consent and acknowledgement obtained by the seller. These website terms and our voluntary refund policy do not remove mandatory rights. Contact the seller or store about the relevant transaction; contact support@pyrosoft.pro if you need help locating it.

Updates and remedies

Mandatory conformity, update and remedy rights are preserved. Our license’s major-version maintenance-update rule does not restrict updates or support that applicable consumer law requires. Unity and other store-granted rights remain in effect.

Privacy and disputes

The Privacy Policy explains data requests and complaints. You retain any mandatory right to the protections and courts of your own locale despite the California-law provision. Contact support@pyrosoft.pro about a concern.
