Wurkkos HD03: A Tiny Clip Light with Spot, Flood and Color Modes
Working through the controls and attaching the lanyard on the small blue light.
Article published November 4, 2026.
This little blue Wurkkos HD03 has more lighting modes than its size suggests. I start with the body and clip, then work through the controls to see how the spot, flood and colored lights behave in the room.
Wurkkos supplied the light for the video. This is a first look at its handling and controls, rather than a measured brightness or battery test.
A small light with two different spreads
I unlock the controls and try the switch between the focused spot and the wider flood. The difference is visible on the surfaces around me: one concentrates the light, while the other covers more of the nearby area.
I also step through the brightness levels. The camera shows the change in this setting, but it does not give a calibrated lumen reading or establish how far either beam reaches outdoors.
Color modes and the included lanyard
I explore the colored lighting and flashing options, then attach the braided lanyard. The clip, small body and lanyard are the parts I can handle and show directly in this session.
I open the cover to look at the charging connection. I do not run a full charge-and-discharge cycle or test the light in water, heat or prolonged outdoor work.
What this first look answers
The useful result is getting familiar with the buttons, the two light spreads and the way the unit fits in my hand. Runtime, weather resistance and long-term durability would need separate tests.
