iLC RGB Bulbs: Four Lights Fit in That Little Box

Trying the remote’s colors, fades and brightness controls with one bulb.

Article published November 4, 2026.

I initially think iLC has sent only one bulb. The box is so small that I assume the rest must be somewhere else, but all four are inside—along with two remotes.

Two remotes are a nice touch

I take the bulbs out and look at their low-profile shape. The two remotes make me think about splitting the pack between rooms, although I do not test every room arrangement.

For the demonstration, I power one bulb and turn down my studio lights so its output is easier to see on camera.

Pick a color, or let it move

I use the remote to step through colors and try the changing-color modes. One jumps between colors; another gives me a slower fade.

I then choose individual colors and adjust the brightness. The camera reacts as the light level changes, so this is a visual demo rather than a measured comparison of brightness or flicker.

Small changes to a room’s background

Colored light is something I use often around a recording space. My PAUTIX strip-light session looks at another way to put light around a desk instead of replacing a bulb.

iLC supplied this pack. I discuss timer options on the remote, but the short video does not establish a full-day schedule, electrical consumption or long-term reliability. Check a bulb’s own ratings and fixture requirements when planning where it will go.
