Opening a Personalized Callie Board and Matching Coasters

My wife helped choose the customization; the individual engraved pieces were the fun reveal.

Article published November 3, 2026.

This Callie collaboration turned out to be a fun surprise. My wife had helped choose the customization, and we had discussed a few possibilities, so I was not completely sure what I would find when I opened the box.

The theme was a personalized board and matching table accessories. Seeing the text on each individual piece was the part that made the set feel more personal.

The coasters got the first reveal

I pulled out one of the coasters and found the “Mike the Tech” customization with the established date we had chosen. The surface combined a marble-style section with wood and the engraved text.

Once I unpacked the rest, I counted eight individually customized coasters in my set. Earlier in the video I had been looking at a six-coaster option on the website, so those are not interchangeable descriptions of one guaranteed package.

That is worth watching for when ordering a personalized bundle: check the exact option and contents, rather than assuming every variation matches what came in my box.

Everything was designed to sit together

The board had spaces for three bowls, and the package included matching wooden spoons and cheese utensils. I set the pieces out so we could see how they fitted into the serving arrangement.

I liked the smooth feel of the bowls and the way the accessories shared the same look. The board felt more substantial than I had expected. In the video I thought the pale section appeared to be real marble; I did not independently verify the material composition.

The customization was the point

There are plenty of plain boards and coaster sets around. What I enjoyed here was opening something that had been chosen for us and finding the same personal detail carried through the individual coasters.

I mentioned prices while browsing the site in the original video. They were the options and prices shown at the time, not a current quote for every configuration.

This was an unboxing and a look at the finished customization, rather than a knife, stain or dishwasher test. The video above shows the set I received; the original link below is the place to check the current choices and the exact wording you want engraved.
