Mearsun E100: The Wraparound Fit and Settings I Explored over About a Month
A personal hardware and interface walkthrough, without a clinical hearing assessment.
Article published November 4, 2026.
I had spent about a month with this Mearsun E100 before recording the video, and I say I found a setting I liked. That gives this walkthrough a different starting point from a first unboxing.
It is still a personal technology experience. I do not carry out a hearing assessment or establish which medical conditions this particular product is suitable for.
The device sits around the head
I show the wraparound body, its controls and the magnetic charging connection. I describe the way it fits in front of the ears and try the physical arrangement.
There is also a separate handheld setup unit and a carrying case with spaces for the pieces. The manual fits in the case, which is a small practical detail I appreciate.
The settings go beyond a single volume control
I look at the left and right adjustment options and the frequency controls described in the interface. Those are the controls I am exploring, not a prescribed fitting method or proof that a particular setting improves hearing.
I also discuss the listed Bluetooth functionality. The recording does not include a calibrated speech-recognition comparison or a measurement of battery endurance.
Keep the personal result separate from the claims
The broader description makes medical and performance claims that I do not independently verify here. My experience does not establish regulatory status, a claimed percentage improvement or suitability for severe hearing loss.
Mearsun supplied the device. Staycable sponsored the original video with a separate cable product; its link remains below. The Mearsun description lists NIAFC6649 for 25% off, with no supplied expiry date. That is a historical offer, not a clinical recommendation.
