FLSNT Dusk-to-Dawn Bulbs: First Light in a Desk Fixture
Opening the two-bulb package and trying one indoors before an outdoor test.
Article published November 4, 2026.
These FLSNT bulbs have the long, filament-style look I associate with an older light bulb, but the package presents them as dusk-to-dawn LED bulbs. That combination is why I want to see one lit up.
Two bulbs in the package
I open the box carefully and look at the visible light elements inside the glass. The basic idea I discuss is a light that responds to the surrounding brightness instead of needing me to remember the switch each day.
I then put one into a desk fixture and use my power strip to turn it on.
A brief indoor check
The bulb lights, and it looks bright to me in the recording room. I move my hand near it while commenting on changes in brightness.
That short observation does not establish a continuous-dimming curve or a complete dusk-to-dawn cycle. I do not leave it outdoors overnight, measure lumens or check its power consumption in this session.
There is also a specification mismatch worth keeping visible: the description says 2700K while I say 5000K in the narration. I have not measured the color temperature, so I would check the exact listing rather than combine those claims.
One lighting idea among several
FLSNT sent the bulbs for the video. For deliberately colored effects, I also opened Lenarinter spotlights in a separate recording; those have different controls and a different purpose.
