EWEADN S9 Ultra: A Red Finish, Light Feel and Optional Grips

Opening the mouse and checking the Pro-versus-Ultra specifications in the manual.

Article published November 4, 2026.

The red-and-black finish is the first thing I like about this EWEADN S9 Ultra. The second is how light it feels when I pick it up, even with its battery already inside.

What comes with the mouse

I take out the braided cable, look at the USB-C connection and work through the controls on the mouse. There is a DPI control and a switch for the wireless modes.

The package also has a receiver arrangement that can sit on the desk, grip pieces and spare pads for the underside. I am looking at the hardware in this session, without weighing it or measuring the wireless connection.

The manual clears up a model distinction

I initially mention the lower DPI figure, then check the manual and distinguish the S9 Pro from the S9 Ultra. The higher DPI and polling figures I discuss for the Ultra are specifications from that manual.

I do not measure polling, sensor tracking or input latency in this unboxing. Those headline numbers are not game-performance results from the recording.

Try the grips, then decide about the look

I fit the supplied grips and like the feel, but I am still deciding whether to leave them on because I also like the original finish. Having that choice is one of the useful extras in the package.

I finish with a first impression of the shape, controls and accessories. The original EWEADN and Amazon links are below, with the separate Geeksoutfit offer kept distinct.
