1Mii Y8+: Folded Small, with a Comfortable Seal and Plenty of Bass
Opening the headphones, trying the fit and giving a first listening impression.
Article published November 3, 2026.
I notice how small these headphones fold before I put them on. Once I do, the pads make the room feel quieter even before I get into the noise-cancelling controls.
That is the first impression I have of the 1Mii Y8+. This session covers the accessories, the physical controls, fit and a short music listen.
A compact package with a wired option
I unpack the carrying case, charging lead and 3.5 mm audio cable. The headphones fold into a compact shape, then extend for a larger fit.
I also look over the buttons and ports, including playback controls and the noise-mode control. The video discusses app features, but I do not demonstrate an app setup or prove that the USB-C charging port carries digital audio.
The pads change the room sound
Putting the headphones over my ears gives me an immediate impression of a good seal and comfortable padding. That physical change is part of what I am reacting to, so I would not turn it into a measured result for active noise cancellation.
In the music listen, I hear plenty of bass and clarity. That is my subjective first reaction, rather than a matched comparison with every other headphone I mention.
A different fit from earbuds
My TOZO NC3 first listen is an in-ear design. These Y8+ headphones take the over-ear approach, with folding hardware and pads that are a large part of the experience.
The 75-hour figure belongs to the product's advertised specifications, not a battery test completed in this recording. What surprises me here is the comfortable fit and the sense that the construction feels more expensive than I expected at the time.
