A light gets more useful when I do not have to hold it. That is the first thing I try with the WARSUN T7: clip it onto my shirt and see how it sits while I am working in front of the camera.

## Two lights, with different button presses

I open the package, find the charging cable and look at the controls. Pressing the button switches between the upper and lower lights, and I work through brightness and flashing modes.

Holding the control turns it off. I also point out the magnet underneath, although the shirt clip is the attachment I actually try in this recording.

## A short controls test

WARSUN sent this over. The session shows its size, clip and lit modes, without measuring brightness, battery endurance or suitability as emergency equipment.

The later [WARSUN DC08 first look](<https://pyrosoft.pro/blog/warsun-dc08-the-ultimate-rechargeable-flashlight-for-everyday-carry-f6f33787>) adds a rotating-head format to the mix. That is a separate flashlight session, not a measured comparison between them.
