There are a lot of outlets on this TROND strip. That is obvious as soon as I get it out of the packaging, but the part I want to move around is at the other end of the cable.

## The plug changes direction

I show the rotating plug and turn it through different positions. I can see why that might be useful when planning where a cable needs to leave the wall connection.

On the strip itself, I look at the row arrangement, side switch and four mounting points underneath. There is a reusable cable wrap included as well.

## Twenty-four spaces are not a load test

I discuss the package’s outlet count and surge-protection claim, but I do not verify either electrical protection or operating load limits in this recording.

The number of sockets does not establish that every attached device can be run together. This session is about the physical layout and plug movement, rather than proving a particular computer or equipment setup is electrically suitable.

## A cable-management first look

TROND sent this for the video. I like the idea of choosing the plug’s direction and keeping the main switch away from the area where I am inserting connectors.

I have not mounted it or powered a desk full of equipment from it here. The original product link is below, and the original outro credit lists `http://eme7.com/`.
