After the native-device work, the next revisions made the suite easier to use and automate. Build 39 corrected the window layout, keeping the sidebar full height and putting session actions in the right panel's footer. Build 40 stopped showing a purchase button to someone whose access was already verified.

Build 41 then added Advanced controls across the seven driver pages, 28 workflow shortcuts and a bundled JSON CLI with 49 methods. A workflow configures the next instance without silently starting devices. That's useful when you're preparing a recording or test setup and still need to choose the actual source, route or backing file.

The CLI shares resource ownership with the GUI and headless app. It can query supported fields, configure instances and perform live actions through the same owner. That avoids having two unrelated processes each believe they control the same virtual device.

The controls also became more specific. Displays gained additional modes, placement and Display P3 wide-gamut SDR. Cameras exposed real source selection and live adjustments. MIDI, HID, private networking, audio routing and owned disk images each kept their own supported actions and limits. Display P3 didn't add HDR output, and a portrait-size display didn't become live rotation support.

The final 26.10.5.6 record includes 89 passing tests, packaged CLI checks, 60 abnormal-client cases, seven-driver UI inspection and exact camera pixels. The actual itch download matched all 64 tested app files and passed signature, ticket and Gatekeeper checks. The saved public page was checked too.

That is the latest documented macOS suite release in this review. The remaining work includes fresh-machine and broader hardware coverage, sleep and reboot behavior, cross-machine tunneling and live audio-consumer acceptance on that final package. Those are useful next tests around a suite whose implemented paths now have much stronger evidence behind them.
